The main goal of our first session is for me to get to know you and understand what’s brought you here. We’ll start by talking about what’s been going on for you and what you’d like support with. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once—this is a space where we can move at a pace that feels right for you.
I might ask some questions about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences to get a clearer picture of how I can help. If you have any reports or assessments, please bring them along with you. If you have any questions or concerns about the process, I’m happy to answer them at any time.
My role isn’t to judge or tell you what to do, but rather to work with you to find strategies that feel helpful in your life. It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous, but this is a space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported.
